I wanted to share my process a bit on here. Below is a process from some tattoo references to sketch to completed illustration.
For Holiday 17, I wanted to start mixing type to make the branding feel more progressive. I put this Old English with a bold Sans Serif Typeface. These are images from the lookbook.
A year ago, I effortlessly fell into a working relationship with Paul Nichols over at Dark Seas. After working with them a few seasons, I realized how lucky and fortunate I was to have met them. With a shared interest aesthetically, the design process there has been very smooth, easy and really fun. Paul and I bounce ideas off each other and the work sort of pours out of me. Anyway, my first round of graphics just hit retailers, so I finally have some photos of completed ideas. Have a look.
It's a milestone for me to have my first ever fine art Collection under my belt. I spent the last six months putting this together. Drawing turned into painting and this four piece set manifested itself. All are available. Email me!
I'm currently having my collection shot in a studio.
